Investors

Meridian Properties takes a definitive "under promise and over deliver" approach with its equity partners. We set the bar extremely high when evaluating projects and our underwriting typically lands somewhere between conservative and too conservative. While past performance does not guarantee future results, its still a pretty good place to start when it comes to hands-on, active real estate investing. We've always exceeded expectations, never lost money on a project and would be proud to provide our complete track record of investor returns upon request. It won't show billions of dollars invested but we think you'll be impressed.

Brokers

We understand that you make a living by closing sales and getting leases signed. We do the same. Even if we're on different sides of the negotiating table, we share the common goal of "getting it done".  We'll work openly, tirelessly and with the highest level of professionalism to find common ground on any given transaction.

Clients

We're very careful about making sure we have the time and expertise to handle an assignment. Your project will be at the top of our list and managed entirely as though it were funded by our own capital.  Nothing will get handed off to someone that may lack the expertise to do anything less than an exceptional job.

Sellers

We're continuously amazed by the  number of "buyers" that open escrow but don't close. Why anyone would pursue a property they don't have the means to acquire is a mystery. Around here we don't need to practice buying real estate. Like most people in this business we make our living by the square foot as opposed to the hour and have no interest wasting your time or our own on a deal that doesn't close.
