Mike Kalscheur

Mike Kalscheur is the President of Meridian Properties Real Estate, Inc. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, also from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

Since 1992, Mr. Kalscheur has been involved in all aspects of real estate development and investment. Prior to establishing Meridian Properties he spent twelve years with TOLD Development Company where he was a Principal and the managing partner of TOLD’s San Diego office. 

Mr. Kalscheur resides in Carlsbad, California with his wife and three children. He volunteers his time in support of Carlsbad United High School Hockey and still plays hockey (poorly) for the formerly sponsored by Stone Brewery Arrogant Bastards. He also serves as a mentor to graduate students as part of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
